Join our Online classes from the safety of your home

First and foremost the entire AMB team would like to send our love and best wishes to all of you, your family, friends and anyone being affected by the various issues associated with COVID-19. But we do have some good news for you!

Deb has put Membership contracts on hold, class packs can be extended and we will find a solution for Intro offers, so contact us when we open please. We want to continue to support each other through these challenging times and ensure to maintain the physical, mental and emotional health of everyone in our little community! We will continue to support you using Facebook LIVE so you can stay fit, healthy and centred with us!

Classes will be broadcast via our Facebook Community Group Page where you can watch them in real time or at a time to suit you later. Classes will be left on the Facebook Community page for you to do ANYTIME, ANYWHERE! We will also share information on health, nutrition, mindset, exercise, stress relief etc. But most importantly this will be a great place to connect with others in the studio and community to support each other – our community is important and we want to make sure we continue that (even if we are isolated from each other).

MONDAY 5TH JULY 12PM – PILATES POWER WITH MEGS

Join Megs for Pilates Power- pilates mat work focusing on technique and layering exercises to challenge all fitness levels. Looking forward to seeing you all on the mat 🥰

TUESDAY 6TH JULY 12pm – HIIT Pilates class with Laura

Laura will start the class with four rounds of Hiit however this week will focus more on a fusion movement then will be followed by Pilates strength and mobility work. Bring some light weights! 

WEDNESDAY 7TH JULY 12PM – YOGA FLOW WITH COURTNEY

A yoga flow class focusing more on setting the foundation of the poses aligning breathe with movement.

And of course all the past classes are still on the Group Page to do or even do again! You are welcome to do as many classes as you like, you could even have a housemate join you!
