Active Mind Body is launching Mindful Well-Being Sessions on Sunday 26th May to celebrate Mindful May. Mindful Well-Being sessions are designed to teach you the art of Mindfulness. It is simply bringing your awareness to your own experience – and truly being – in each present moment. Mindfulness is conscious awareness of your thoughts and the impact they have on you, so you can release the thoughts that aren’t serving you and replace them with more positive ones that will help you get the results you want. Becoming more mindful in everyday living allows you to see the extraordinary in the ordinary, to reconnect with your body as well as your sensory experience, and to become more responsive to the challenges of everyday living.
Our monthly Mindful Well-Being sessions are 60-minutes in duration and open to anyone. The sessions are suitable for anyone who is committed to developing a personal Mindfulness meditation practice, including those who may have experienced stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or other challenges in their lives.
Mindful Well-Being sessions are only $20 for an hour long class with Sofija, an internationally qualified Pilates, Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Sofija has extensive experience in teaching Yogilates, mindfulness, personal and rehab training, physique transformation, and strength and conditioning training.
