At our Pilates Studio in Caringbah our philosophy is to combine the powerful traditional aspects of Mat and Reformer Pilates with modern day posture, lifestyle and of course some fun! Mat Pilates is usually what most people are familiar with; it is based on slow and mindful exercises that require having control over your breathing. It is performed on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat and employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength. The Peak Pilates Reformer Bed is an extraordinarily flexible piece of exercise equipment allowing resistance and support for exercises involving every part of the body for our group reformer classes.

Spin bikes are the ultimate fat burner. Set in our custom built cycle studio, the 30-minute express class will have you burning calories!
Whether you are an existing member or a newby ready to learn the fundamentals, you will only benefit from this class. In this 45 minute class we strip it down and take it back to basics, teaching you how to correctly activate, position and work your body using optimal form for the best workout and ultimate results. Don’t be deceived though this class will require a lot of power, control and mobility.

This 45 minute class incorporates and combines the best of everything. With the Jump Boards, hand weights and other equipment, this class involves toning, endurance, strength and cardio to challenge your limits, mix up your workouts and keep you guessing what’s next, it will leave you wanting more.
This class is NOT RECOMMENDED for Pregnant woman or clients with back, neck or knee injuries.
This 45 minute class is about, effective core training. You will be targeting and training the Transversus Abdominis and Pelvic Floor. The Transversus Abdominus is the deepest yet most important layer of stomach muscle, its role is to flatten the abdominal wall and also to stabilise the spine as it’s the only stomach muscle to actually attach onto each of the lower vertebrae. Strengthening this muscle helps to reduce back pain and decrease the risk of injuring the lower back.
Pilates Core & Stretch
The nature of stretching requires a slower, less dynamic approach. This class will facilitate deep stretching and release of the whole body muscle. This class is for great for everyone!
