Whether it be exercising more, eating better or losing weight, most people start their year with ambitions of being healthier. Of those, studies show that approximately only one in four people will achieve a goal they’ve set. We want all of our members to be that one in four! Commencing 28th of January, we’re breaking down the barriers, getting rid of the excuses and giving you the kick start you need to smash through that New Year’s resolution with our 28 Day Challenge. What: A 28 day participation challenge at your favourite studio!
The focus: You! We want you here, with us more often, focusing on you and your goals.
How to win: For each class you attend over the 28 days, you’ll receive 1 point. There will also be bonus activities and deductions to look out for across the challenge. Some of our bonus point activities will include outdoor adventures such as the Cronulla Coastal walk and the Figure 8 pools hike.
… But wait, there’s more. Our challenge, is to challenge you! So, in addition to your unlimited class membership you’ll also receive a free 15 minute consultation with our new coach Jess at the start and end of the challenge. Jess will sit down with you to help develop your goals for the challenge, weigh you in, measure you and take before/after photos. Best of all, she’ll keep you on track and accountable to your goals throughout the challenge.
