All of our instructors are highly qualified and experienced and will guide you through your class of choice whether you are a beginner, or one of our most advanced regulars. They are there to support you throughout the class, and challenge you to be your best self and get the most out of your practice.

Whether you’re keen to take your practice to the next level, or have a specific injury that requires a bit of extra personalised attention, our 1:1 sessions are a great option to give your training an edge with your own instructor. These sessions are held in private, in our fully equipped state-of-the-art studio at a time that is convenient for you.

PILATES AND YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Sofija has international qualifications as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, Life Coach, Meditation Teacher and Akashic Records Healer. She is a fully qualified and registered Metabolic Precision Authentic Nutritionist/Transformation Specialist and Rehab Master Trainer, and a Registered Exercise Professional, Level 3, with Fitness Australia. Working in the health and wellness industry for nearly 20 years, in 2014 she created Niso Fitness and Nutrition a boutique mind and well-being studio and also launched Yogilates Synergy System. Niso offers an extensive selection of healing modalities delivered globally in-person and online. PILATES AND REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
Nina has a passion for Pilates with a strong focus on teaching its rehabilitative benefits and promoting functional movement. An extremely competent and qualified instructor Nina has a Certificate IV in Fitness Pilates, she is certified in Remedial Pilates, Pregnancy Pilates, Reformer Intensive, Pilates Mat Plus Intensive and has a Certificate IV in Fitness. Nina has a strong interest in women’s health and special needs training. Her aim is to educate, encourage and support clients of different ages, abilities and fitness levels to achieve their personal best for improved quality of life, health and successful injury prevention. BARRE & PILATES REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
Since using yoga as a way of dealing with a challenging juncture of her life in her mid twenties Laura believes and embraces the power of human movement and the strength it gives to not just ones body but the confidence and motivation it has on the mind. Laura completed her education in personal training in 2009 and then went on to study Yoga but found her passion for Pilates in 2010. In 2014 Laura completed her Certificates in Pilates Mat, Reformer and Pre and Postnatal Pilates. Laura has since completed courses on Athletic reformer, pre and post natal, Flexion and Functional movement screening. Laura delivers a strong class but can modify to suit any level. PILATES AND BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Mikaela is a Contemporary dancer based between Sydney & Melbourne. Graduating from the Victorian College of Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) and the recipient of a Creative scholarship for Most Outstanding Undergraduate. Since graduation Mikaela has worked professionally under Prue Lang as a contemporary dance artist specialising in improvisation methodologies. Mikaela has performed and worked in New York and has studied in Paris, working as a Barre, Mat and reformer pilates instructor since 2015; but has been a pilates advocate for over fifteen years. Her pilates style is influenced by the training of numerous movement studies including feldenkrais, gyrokinesis, kinesiology, Alexander technique and classical ballet. All of which are applied practically in a functional pilates class, combining; strengthening, lengthening and working towards an understanding of the body which is intelligent and articulate.

Michelle fell in love with yoga after initially being drawn to it as a physical workout and to find a little refuge for herself as a busy working mum. Discovering that yoga was truly so much more than flexibility or stretching it allowed her to connect within and inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. Teaching yoga became an extension of her own practice. Her approach is calm and grounded, with care and attention on alignment and creating connection. Michelle is dedicated to supporting students on their yoga journey and adding colour to their lives. She is a qualified Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and has always valued health and fitness in her life. Her style is calm and grounded, with care and attention on alignment and creating connection.

REFORMER PILATES & BARRE INSTRUCTOR
Megan’s interest in dance and human movement led her to Pilates, as she found there was lack of balance in her own body, evident in her gym training and dancing. From there her journey through the fitness and wellness industry has been very diverse. In 2003 I did my first Pilates training course and started practicing in a commercial environment in 2004. In 2006, after having her first child, her focus changed into group training and making Pilates more accessible through small groups using auxiliary equipment. During this period I also did personal home visits with clients. These clients varied from general fitness, joint replacement rehabilitation to post cancer recovery. It was an enormously fulfilling period in her career. Over the last 8 years her journey has also extended into the very sought after Barre technique.

Elise has always been passionate about dance, exercise, health and well-being. She has taught the practice for more than seven years, following her training with the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA). Elise values growth and personal development in her own practice, and teaching methodology. Her bright personality and sunny nature is known to challenge and motivate students, and help them achieve their goals in a fun, supportive environment.

REFORMER & SPINLATES INSTRUCTOR
Tia first began practicing Pilates as a form of exercise 7 years ago, while working shift work as a chef and juggling her six month old new son. As a passionate healthy living advocate and mother of two young boys she understand everyone leads busy lives but that if we love what we’re doing and nurture our body we can achieve great things. She loves that everyone – young, old, injured, triathlete, prenatal, postnatal – can enjoy long term benefits from Pilates and you can see that passion in her teaching. She believe Pilate’s focus on posture, core stability makes it an important practice for people of all ages and background. Tia teaches Reformer Pilates and Spinlates, she is passionate about creating fun, dynamic classes that leave you feeling stronger, fitter and maybe a little sweatier. 🙂

Delene has had a dance teaching diplomas since she was 16 years old, she has taught classical dance, jazz and tap dance. She has travelled around the world dancing and settled down in Paris for almost 20 years where she regularly preformed in Moulin Rouge. After 20 years living in Paris, Delene has returned to where she is originally from “The Shire”. Delene’s passion for dance and exercise led her to pursue a career in Pilates, Delene is a fully certified Balance Body Pilates Instructor in Mat and all Machines, and she studied and trained in A-Lyne studio in Paris. She is constantly inspired by her client’s strength, confidence and happiness that they bring to every class. Delene looks forward to seeing you in the studio and promises to help you achieve you ideal health and fitness goals!

YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Sonia has been practicing yoga for 15 years now and trained under Simon Park a Master Teacher from the USA. She teaches lots of different styles of yoga including essentials, beginners, vinyasa flow, hatha, yin and meditation. She is also a registered and accredited Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. As a Yoga Teacher she loves holding space for students to experience peace and connection to their oneness and the divine in the present moment. She loves to empower you, to realise your unique greatness, to challenge you, and also offer a sense of ease and relaxation. Yoga is a spiritual practice, learning the tools on the mat for the true yoga off the mat. Her favourite quote is by Buddha ~ “In the end, only three things matter, how much you loved, how gently you lived and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you”.

YOGA AND MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR
Alice believes Yoga is a combination of Strength, Flexibility and Balance in conjunction with conscious breath which brings the mind and body together into the present. Alice’s own personal practice developed as a form of stress relief while studying in Psychology. Teaching Yoga lights Alice up and her favourite style to teach is Yin Yoga, a practice she refers to as being a meditative and cellular detox. Alice’s classes incorporate knowledge from Western Psychology and Science alongside techniques Eastern techniques such as pranayama and meditation designed to help each student open and expand their bodies and mind while using their breath to work through any blocks within the body.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Linda is compassionate, energised and has a passion for creating a more mindful experience for each of her students. She guides them on their journey, finding their strengths and overcoming their challenges through their asana practice. Linda has always lead an active lifestyle with a love for the ocean, land and nature which has guided her towards receiving an enriched and spiritual journey of Yoga. Linda aims to encourage and assist her students on their discovery of yoga, where they will find peace, strength and flexibility, to create inner calmness by synchronising breath with movement.
