Where are you located?
We are at Level 1, shop 3, 324 Kingsway in Caringbah (above Gloria Jeans). Directly opposite the station, with plenty of parking nearby.
Where can I park?
You can park in the coles car park and enter via our back door next to the wall art, or across the road in the council carp park.
What is Barre HIIT?
Barre HIIT is a kickass Barre Signature class that fuses low and high impact bodyweight exercises with strength and interval training. Sweat your way to fitness by combining traditional Barre moves, aerobics and light weights to achieve 45-mins of continual fat burning and fun, while you move to great music!
What should I wear to a yoga class?
Tie back your hair and wear light, stretchy clothing that allows you to move comfortably. You may get sweaty so please bring a towel and change of clothes. We have showers and fully equipped change room. No shoes, turn phones off, bags or glass water bottles are allowed in the practice rooms.
What do I do when I get to the studio?
Say hello to our friendly front desk crew, tell them your full name and let them know that it’s your first time at the studio so they can show you around.
What should I wear to a pilates class?

What should I wear to a meditation class?
Clothing that allows you to sit comfortably plus an extra scarf or layer to keep you warm. No shoes, turn phones off, bags or glass water bottles are allowed in the practice rooms.
When does my Intro Pass start?
It will be activated on your first booked class and is valid for 14 consecutive days. After that you have the option to buy a membership or class packs, even just visit us on a casual drop in basis. We have some of the best deals
in The Shire.
Do I have to book into class?
Yes. Bookings are open 7 days before a class, you can check the timetable
and book into class online up to an 30mins before class begins. Please be aware that you will be charged a no-show fee if you fail to attend. Can I gift an Intro Pass or Class Pass to someone else?

I’ve never practiced yoga before. Which class should I take?
Our instructors are highly qualified to advise what adjustments to take. Please speak to your instructor before the class to advise you are new.
I’m an experienced yogi. Which class should I take?
Yoga Open classes are for experienced practitioners, offering an energetic flow and creative sequencing designed to challenge and inspire both physically and mentally. Classes vary in focus and pace, from teacher to teacher.
I’ve never practiced pilates before. Which class should I take?
Our instructors are highly qualified to advise what adjustments to take. You will learn how to use the Reformer machines and equipment, and build your foundations gradually and safely, with a focus on instruction and alignment. Please speak to your instructor before the class to advise you are new. If you are new to Reformer we recommend a Technique Reformer class first.
Can I bring my children to the studio?
Unless we are running a special class or event, children under 13 are not permitted. Any children visiting the studios must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and are not permitted in the practice room. Teenagers aged 14-16 are welcome to attend class if accompanied by an adult (concession rates apply – no child pricing is available).
Where do I put my belongings while I practice?
Please place your belongings under the reformer beds or next to you during COVID 19 restrictions. Bring water bottles and a small hand twoel for you to use in theroom and in the toilet.
Do you have child-minding facilities?
Not while COVID 19. Children are not permitted to wait in the studio while you practice.

Can I bring my pets to the studio?
What are the benefits of yoga?
Practicing yoga three to four times a week can stave off anxiety and depression, by lowering levels of cortisol, the stress hormone. It also reduces inflammation, boosts energy and has the power to lift your mood. Yoga improves cardiovascular health and lowers blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing the flow of blood to the heart, and speeds up digestion, which can assist in weight loss.
Suffering from a sore neck or back?
When you hold a yoga pose your muscles contract and then relax, easing tension and relieving pain. Regular practice not only benefits your body, it’s also good for your brain. Focusing the breath maximized the flow of oxygenated blood to your head, increasing memory performance, concentration, creativity and focus. Remember we do have a great Chiropractor
onsite for a little extra care!
Do I need to bring a yoga mat or towel?
You are welcome to bring your own mat or loan ours, towels are reuired to use bolsters.
How should I prepare for class?
Drink water throughout the day and avoid eating heavily for two hours prior to class. Please arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before class so you can check in, store your belongings in a secure locker and get set up.
What happens in a Yin Yoga class?
Yin Yoga offers long, meditative yoga holds that release stress and tension from the body, explore subtle energies and penetrate deep into the connective tissues of the body. Positions are held from 3-7 minutes and may be enhanced by supportive props like bolsters, blankets or blocks.
Do you offer private classes or corporate sessions?
Yes! We offer Private Classes with one of our experienced Peronal Trainers, we also offer Small Group Training and Semi Privates for up to 5 people – bring a group or join in one! For Corporate days please email your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0401 793 619.
Can I claim my classes through my health fund?

We practice Reformer Pilates on state of the art resistance-based machines and Mat Pilates. We have also introduced SpinLates and BoxLates – these are Signature Classses.

How many people are in the classes?
Classes are limited to fifteen people however we do offer Small Group Training
for up at 5 people for an additional fee.
Will Pilates help my yoga practice?
Yes. Pilates will dial up your core, strengthening the deep muscles in the abdominal and obliques. It will also increase stability in your shoulders and hips, supporting your joints, and helping you to move with greater efficiency and control.
Can I practice pilates if I am injured?
Please check in with our instructors. Classes are not specifically designed for those who are injured or for rehabilitation. If you are interested in Private Sessions please email email@example.com or call 0401 793 619.
What Personal Training options are available?
Whether you’re interested in taking your practice to the next level, or have a specific injury that requires extra personalised attention, our 1:1 private sessions are a great option to give your training an edge. These sessions are held with one of our experienced instructors, in our studio at a time that is convenient for you. Book here
What does my Membership Package include?
Access to all group classes for Pilates, Spin, Yoga, Barre, Reformer – excludes Privates and Semi Private Sessions.
Do you offer massage?
We have hand-picked some of the Shire’s best qualified and experienced health practitioners chosen for their wonderful reputations, friendly personalities and expertise in their fields. WE have a massage therapist, chiropractor, Reiki practitioner and Nutrionist/Naturopath. You can learn more here

How does billing work?
Membership payments are direct-debited from your account on a fortnightly schedule from the day you sign up, or you can nominate a date that syncs with your pay cycle. You can also pay as you go for casual classes, buy a 5,10 or 20 pack or purchase packs of private personal training.
Can I pause my membership?
All requests for suspensions must
be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org The minimum suspension period is 14 days and the maximum is 6 weeks, anything longer needs a doctors certificate. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm all suspenisons will be actioned in these time frames only, we require 48 hours notice.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can give 14 days notice at the expiration of the contract. Any payments due within 14 days will be debited. Please email email@example.com with your full name, phone number and the start and finish dates. Remember you do have the option to pause your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks for the year.

COVID 19 Restrictons
During the COVID 19 restrictions, we expect you to follow the rules so everyone feels safe. 1.5 meter distance at all times. One person in the toilet and kitchen at all times. Enter through the front door and exit through the back door ONLY. Stand on the crosses or behind wrtten signs if waiting for your class. Do not enter the studio if you feel unwell or waiting for covid test results.
