Our next Monthly Mindful Well-being session is Sunday 25 August 2019 4:00 – 5:15pm and it will look at using Mindfulness and EFT to improve focus. You will be introduced to the powerful self-help method EFT ‘Emotional Freedom Techniques’ to teach you to give your energy an intentional direction: relaxed, open and focused. A topic that is key to anyone studying or who has children studying and something that can be learnt.

Reiki & Restore – 10th August

You are invited to a 2.5 hour Reiki & Restore session on August 10th at 4pm, combining a full Reiki session with a restorative yoga and healing workshop this is the ultimate.  Reiki is a Japanese technique that is used to heal physical and mental trauma, and to support mental clarity and spiritual well-being.  Yoga and Reiki can be used in conjunction with one another to experience ultimate transformation. Yoga can be likened to peeling away the layers of an onion. As each layer sheds, more and more unravels about the self. The process can be both empowering and a little scary.

Join husband and wife team, Peter and Connie, from Hum for a relaxing sound bath at Sound Therapy Immersion. You will drift away from the physical world into a peaceful relaxation, allowing the sounds to reach an inner depth. Be guided into deep relaxation through breath and mindfulness to fully surrender and immerse yourself in the vibrational sounds of crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, drums, rattles, chimes and more. If you allow yourself to deeply surrender and relax, your body can naturally move into its healing phase. It is simply bringing your awareness to your own experience – and truly being – in each present moment.  Mindfulness is conscious awareness of your thoughts and the impact they have on you, so you can release the thoughts that aren’t serving you and replace them with more positive ones that will help you get the results you want. Becoming more mindful in everyday living allows you to see the extraordinary in the ordinary, to reconnect with your body as well as your sensory experience, and to become more responsive to the challenges of everyday living.
