Active Mind Body Cancellation, Refund and Membership Policies
Please read our membership policies carefully prior to purchasing.
We recommend you pre-book your classes through our website or through our App. Online booking opens 7 days prior to classes. If you have been put onto the waitlist, please make sure your remind/send confirmation is on and active through your App or website login. This way you will get an email or text to advise you have made it to the class. You can still check through your App or through the website as well. If you do not wish to wait or wake up early to see if you got into the class please remove yourself from the waitlist.
Cancelling Classes and Private Sessions.
If you have book into a class and are unable to attend the class you must cancel 2 hours before the class starts. If you fail to cancel within this time frame you could be penalised. If you are on a membership you are allowed 3 late cancels within your 16 week contract, after this you will be charged a $10 fee for every no show or late cancel. If you are on class packs you will owe this one pass. If you are on an intro offer your pass will be terminated after on the 2 late cancel or no show.

Class Packs and Intro Offer
Class Pack: Gives you access to the number of classes purchased, to selected classes. Valid from 3 to 12 months from the date of purchase, these are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you do not turn up or late cancel this is still counted as used. Please cancel in the early time frame to avoid disappointment.
Intro Offer: Gives you 14 days with 5 passes only to access to either Spin, Barre, Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes ( ONE REFORMER CLASS PER DAY) .This Pass is activated on the date you book your first class. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, we DO NOT extend Intro offers, if you are after a longer pass please purchase the 5 Class Pack at $115 for expiry of 3 months. We have a strict cancellation policy if you can’t make a class, please cancel 2 hours before a class starts or after your second cancellation or no show your pass will be terminated. Waitlist Notifications: Please make sure you tick the notifications boxes when registering as this allows the system to send you text messages and emails when you have been moved off the wait list and into the class, this is very important as your class will not be reinstated if you miss it.
All Membership Packages
- Payments are debited from your nominated account fortnightly.
- The contract is for a minimum period of 8 fortnightly payments or a $200 early cancellation fee. After the minimum contract period is reached, debits will continue to be debited unless you email to cancel them with 14 days notice, any payments due within the 14 days will be debited and you will have a further two weeks to use the studio.
3 late cancellations are excepted in this period of 16 weeks after this a $10 fee may be charged for each no show or late cancellation.
All requests for adjustments, suspensions must be emailed a minimum of 48 hours before. The minimum suspension period is 14 days and the maximum is 6 weeks, anything longer needs a doctors certificate. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, all suspensions and adjustments will be actioned in these time frames only.

- Any declined fortnightly payments transactions will incur a fee of up a $15.00 fee.
Any purchases of products or services for Active Mind Body through our front desk, website or Mindbody app are non -refundable, Active Mind Body may in it’s sole discretion grant refunds without prejudicing any of its rights.
