At our Pilates Studio in Caringbah the Barre Classes are a complete body workout infused with Ballet, Yoga and Pilates.
Ballet and Pilates moves will strengthen and tone your muscles whilst Yoga postures will lengthen and shape your muscles. Raising and lowering your heart rate gives you fast results, fat burning is increased and your metabolism is boosted for hours after your workout.
A kickass Signature Barre high energy workout combining traditional Barre moves, aerobics and light weights designed to achieve 45-mins of continual HIIT fat burning and fun, while you move to great music.
