Barre Box – are you ready to sweat?

Looking for something new to lift your fitness levels that will make you break a sweat whilst grinning ear to ear? Barre Box is a high intensity workout combining the best of all things we love most, from standing Pilates work, short cardio boxing intervals, to dance moves all in a ballet class! Punch your way through cardio intervals and take a jab at non-traditional dance and core movements with this 50 minute cardio Barre Boxing workout.

Boxing is an effective way to get the heart rate up and burn fat without having to run 10kms or do back breaking boot camps. Boxing will get your heart rate into your target heart rate zone improving your cardiovascular endurance and improve your overall physical fitness levels. Your cardiorespiratory system and aerobic energy systems become more efficient at delivering oxygen to the working muscles and converting carbohydrate and fat to energy. Who doesn’t want their body to do that?

It uses the basic techniques of boxing in a fun environment and increases your strength, muscle tone and cardio fitness. A great all-over workout that also helps to reduce stress. Take out the stresses of your normal life in a safe, controlled environment. It will leave you calm and relaxed and ready to tackle whatever curveball life throws at you next.
