We are very happy to welcome a new Teacher to the studio and a new Yoga class as well! Rose will be teaching a new class 60-minute Yoga class twice a week. Our Yoga is open to all levels, we encourage you to move within your own boundaries and experiences. This class will keep the body moving and generating heat, while your breathe supports you to link standing sequences, inversions, forward bends, twists, hip openers, fun arm balances and back-bends; finishing with relaxation and meditation. Your physical body will open and release so you feel energised and empowered. As usual if you are injured or pregnant always let the teacher know before the class begins.
Rose believes in a holistic approach, incorporating optimal nutrition, clever movement and nurturing emotional and mental health. Beginning her career as a registered nurse and midwife, Rose then moved into fitness and nutrition and has been helping women of the Shire adopt a healthy lifestyle. After many years of being a dedicated student, Rose was aware of the emotional, spiritual and physical benefits of yoga and wanted to share this with others. Following her passion, Rose undertook further study to become a qualified Yoga Teacher (350hr TT). Rose has a caring nature and is genuinely motivated to guide and assist people to become the best version of themselves. Yoga is a key component in overall health and wellbeing and Rose loves to share this on the mat.
