I have been doing Yoga for over 40 years when realising the great benefits of a Yoga practice to my health and wellbeing over those Years …decided to train to teach 12 Years ago. Yogalates was my chosen training and I have been teaching around Sydney and the Sutherland Shire since then, having my own Yoga Studio for 6 years in Cronulla. The studio closed a few years ago to allow me to study Yoga Therapy and teach wider afield.

Annie’s Classes are Yoga Monday 6pm followed by Meditation at 7pm, Wednesday 8am and Sunday’s Yin Yoga at 5.00pm
Nikki Ayres is a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Certified Holistic Health Coach that is passionate about showing people how to live a life in balance and flow. Nikki has been operating her studio in South Cronulla since 2014 and since starting she has hosted a series of wellness events (Mind Body Stroll) to raise money for mental illness in the community, along with regular yoga and wellness retreats in Sydney and Indonesia. Nikki’s mission is to inspire people to be the best version of themselves on and off the yoga mat.
