All of our instructors are highly qualified and experienced and will guide you through your class of choice whether you are a beginner, or one of our most advanced regulars. They are there to support you throughout the class, and challenge you to be your best self and get the most out of your practice.

Whether you’re keen to take your practice to the next level, or have a specific injury that requires a bit of extra personalised attention, our 1:1 sessions are a great option to give your training an edge. These sessions are held in our private, holistic studio at a time that is convenient for you.
Originally from the UK, I moved to Sydney 10 years ago. Initially working in the Fashion Industry for the first 4 years of my Australian life. I attended regular Pilates classes as my job resulted in a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. I became obsessed with Pilates and soon wanted to train to become a teacher. I left my job and commenced a 5-year journey to became a Pilates Mat and Reformer and Yoga Instructor.
Along my journey I started a family and now have 2 lovely children who keep me busy. While pregnant I became interested in pregnancy and post-natal exercise. I became a certified Pregnancy Exercise Instructor. I believe a regular Pilates and Yoga Practice can teach us to use our bodies correctly, to improve our breath, improve our posture, improve our strength and reduce the risk of disease.

Pia is a Pharmacist and Forensic Expert. She immigrated to Australia in 1996 and is mother to 2 beautiful sons and 3 step kids. Pia moved from the Northern Beaches to Miranda in 2013 but before that completed Cert III and IV in 2009. Pia is qualified to teach Aqua Aerobics, Spin, Dance (Latin, Zumba and Bokwa), ABT, Pilates since 2012 and Pilates Reformer since 2013 and LOVING it! Pia is also qualified to teach Kimax, Tai chi, DA, Stretching, Step and is currently very teaching all of them apart from Tai chi! Health and fitness, music, the ocean, travelling, cooking for friends, sport in general, friends, family, people, animals.

I graduated in Physiotherapy in Brazil and is certified by Polestar in Pilates Rehabilitation. I have been working with Pilates and Physiotherapy for more than 10 years. I really believe in rehabilitation through movement. Recently I started my studies in Ostheophaty by “ Scuela de Osteopatia de Madrid” in search of further learning to help the lives of my clients, I have also started training in Low Pressure Fitness (LPF). I am passionate about the study of human movement and anatomy and how it can impact our health, our bodies, our minds and our whole lives.
Mikaela is a Contemporary dancer based between Sydney & Melbourne. Graduating from the Victorian College of Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) and the recipient of a Creative scholarship for Most Outstanding Undergraduate. Since graduation Mikaela has worked professionally under Prue Lang as a contemporary dance artist specialising in improvisation methodologies.
e Mikaela has performed and worked in New York and has studied in Paris, working as a Barre, Mat and reformer pilates instructor since 2015; but has been a pilates advocate for over fifteen years. Her pilates style is influenced by the training of numerous movement studies including feldenkrais, gyrokinesis, kinesiology, Alexander technique and classical ballet. All of which are applied practically in a functional pilates class, combining; strengthening, lengthening and working towards an understanding of the body which is intelligent and articulate.

Tricia is passionate about promoting health and wellbeing to everyone she meets. After working in the corporate world for over 10 years, her personal love for health and fitness inspired her to take on the challenge to trailn as a Pilates instructor. Tricia has been a Pilates instructor for over 5 years and a practitioner of Pilates for over 10 yeasr. She completed her Pilates qualification in 2012 with Elixr. Since then, she has continued to improve her skills, completing her Reformer and Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) training with STOTT Pilates. Her passsion for Pilates is evident in her creative classes, teaching good alignment and technique, designed to challenge and encourage her students to strive for their goals.
Tricia stays active during her down time. You will find her in a Pilates class, Barre class running in the park or sweating it out in the gym.
Lauren has experience in al Pilates Studio equipment fit ball, pre & post natal Pilates and Barre Pilates. Having worked for and under Physiotherapists since 2006, Lauren has valuable experience with many different clients ranging from special needs children, athletes and the elderly. This allows her to modify exercises to suit the level of the individual.
Synchronicity – things happen when they are meant to happen. In 2012 Denise exchanged netball shoes for a yoga mat. She walked into her first yoga class and was instantly hooked. Thinking initially she had found a substitute for physical exercise, she soon discovered the positive effects yoga had on her mind and soul too. The experience of yoga workshops, retreats and yoga challenges all led her to completing her first Teacher Training in 2014 under the direction of Janine Leigh, Hot Yogi Australia. Then in 2016 she completed Yin Teacher Training with Janine and Sarah Owen, Sarah Owen Yoga and Yogalates Teacher Training under the guidance of Nicole Whiteman, Body Awakenings. Yoga has changed her life. It has provided her with simple tools to create balance and peace within, whilst living in a chaotic and hectic world. Understanding and accepting the importance to “let go”, “breathe” and “trust” have been major shift changers for her. Denise practices yoga daily both on and off the mat through physical practice, meditation and healthy living. She is extremely passionate about the yogi life and simply wants to share this energy with others as they follow their own journey – perfect just for them. Join her for a class and start to feel the shift too.
I fell in love with yoga after initially being drawn to it as a physical workout and to find a little refuge for myself as a busy working mum. Discovering that yoga was truly so much more than flexibility or stretching it allowed me the reconnect within and inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. Teaching yoga then became an extension of my own practice, and immersing in continued learning brings so much colour to my life. I love sharing this passion with others, especially busy parents alike to tap into this joy, balance and flow. I love to spend time with my beautiful family and friends and I find inspiration, travelling to colourful places, nature and being creative with textile design. I am dedicated to support others on their yoga journey and add colour to their lives through creating self-connection and balance. Michelle is a qualified Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and has always valued health and fitness in her life. Her style is calm and grounded, with care and attention on alignment and creating connection.
YOGA INSTRUCTORLinda Banning is compassionate, energised and has a passion for creating a more mindful experience for each of her students. She guides them on their journey, finding their strengths and overcoming their challenges through their asana practice. Linda has always lead an active lifestyle with a love for the ocean, land and nature which has guided her towards receiving an enriched and spiritual journey of Yoga. Linda discovered yoga 10 years ago when her body was feeling depleted due to a lack of self-awareness and respect. At this time she was also confronted with many challenging issues that life kept throwing her. It was her faith and courage that led her to realise that the yoga mat was a place of comfort and the asana practice calmed the mind and conditioned the body all at once. Linda aims to encourage and assist her students on their discovery of yoga, where they will find peace, strength and flexibility, to create inner calmness by synchronising breath with movement. I was born in Bitola, Macedonia in 198 and always felt a strong connection to health and the universe. During University I studied Science and Criminology and started to explor health further and became a personal trainer. I worked in the health and fitness industry, as well as in government and airline management. After a major injury and a mental burnout, I decided to re-educate myself in health and started to take my approach much more seriously. I have spent the last 13 years in the fitness industry, learning and applying all this information, to be able to restore the mind and body with the soul. I started iscovering that real health involves the mind, body and the soul. I wanted to advocate an approach for everyone, and promot a healthy way of life away that every person can benefit from.
