Yoga Open classes are for experienced practitioners, offering an energetic flow and creative sequencing designed to challenge and inspire both physically and mentally. Classes vary in focus and pace, from teacher to teacher.

Unless we are running a special class or event, children under 13 are not permitted. Any children visiting the studios must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and are not permitted in the practice room. Teenagers aged 14-16 are welcome to attend class if accompanied by an adult (concession rates apply – no child pricing is available).

Yes. Pilates will dial up your core, strengthening the deep muscles in the abdominal and obliques. It will also increase stability in your shoulders and hips, supporting your joints, and helping you to move with greater efficiency and control.

Membership payments are direct-debited from your account on a fortnightly schedule from the day you sign up, or you can nominate a date that syncs with your pay cycle. After four months your account will automatically renew until you cancel it. Seven days notice is required.

Automatic top-up means that when you run through your class pass, our system automatically stocks you back up with five or ten classes, depending on your preference.
