Barre Classes are a complete body workout infused with Ballet, Yoga and Pilates

Barre Classes work your entire body, giving special attention to the lesser-used muscles, resulting in an entire body toning effect. We have introduced a new type of Barre to Active Mind Body Studio – Barre Box! Punching your way through cardio intervals and take a jab at at non-traditional dance and core movements with this 50 minute cardio Barre Boxing workout. This workout is full body program with the fusion of barre and cardio boxing. Barre Box is high intensity workout combining the best of all things we love most, from standing Pilates work, short cardio boxing intervals, to dance moves in a ballet class.We will use the basic techniques of boxing in a fun environment and increase your strength, muscle tone and cardio fitness. A great all-over workout that also helps to reduce stress.
Each Barre Class can take a variety of formats to keep you excited and motivated all year round. These class are accessible for everybody and all levels of fitness.
